Information for Visiting Students
Our Carrickfergus training venue, can be reached by public transport or by car. You can book all public transport on the translink website, and services run regularly, and can be purchased on the day of travel.
We do not offer accommodation, however the following hotels/ B&Bs are nearby in the town of Carrickfergus.

SkyLearner offices and training rooms are located inside the main Carrickfergus Enterprise Building, which is available 24/7 with secured access.
Main Gate Access
The main gate is open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, access outside of these times requires you to call the number listed in the SkyLeaner student information pack.
Main Building Access
The main building doors are open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, with reception being available from 8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 2pm on Friday. To gain access through the main building doors outside of these hours, you need a key and electronic key fob, which are loaned to you for courses likely requiring out of hours access. If you don’t have a key fob but have out of hours training arranged please contact the instructor using the information on the booking confirmation.
Locating SkyLearner Offices and Training Rooms
SkyLearner is located on the 1st floor, either up the stairs or using the lift. We are to the right of the staircase (left of the lift), through set of electronic key fob protected double doors. This is the same key fob used for the main building access. If you do not have a key fob, once again contact the instructor on your booking confirmation.
While on premises, there is access to a fridge and kitchen area. There is also a vending machine in the main lobby.
We aren’t precious about what you wear, please just make sure it is not offensive.
